Cookie Policy

Which cookies and similar technologies Replyvoo uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.

This is a draft prepared for review by a qualified lawyer before publication.

This Cookie Policy explains how Zedapex Limited ("Zedapex", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on replyvoo.com and in the Replyvoo web app (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

We keep cookie use to a minimum. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies by default.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser. It lets the site recognise your browser on later visits, for example to keep you logged in. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. In this policy, we call all of these "cookies".

Cookies can be:

  • first-party, set by replyvoo.com; or third-party, set by another company's domain;
  • session cookies, deleted when you close your browser; or persistent cookies, which stay until they expire or you delete them.

2. Cookies we use

  • Purpose: keeps you signed in, remembers which workspace you are using, protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and helps detect suspicious log-ins.
  • Type: first-party.
  • Duration: for the session, or up to 30 days if you choose to stay signed in.
  • Can you turn it off? No. Without it, you cannot log in or use the app.
  • Purpose: when you arrive through a Voo Squad referral link, this cookie records the referral code so the right person gets credit if you sign up. It stores the code and the date of the click, not your name or contact details.
  • Type: first-party.
  • Duration: up to 30 days, or the attribution window set out in the Voo Squad Referral Programme Terms.
  • Lawful basis: we treat this as necessary to provide the referral programme you or the referrer chose to use. Where the law in your country requires consent for this cookie, we will ask for it first.
  • Purpose: remembers the language you selected so pages show in that language next time.
  • Type: first-party.
  • Duration: up to 12 months.
  • Can you turn it off? Yes, but the site will fall back to your browser's default language on each visit.

Security and load-balancing cookies

Our hosting provider or security service may set technical cookies to route traffic, block bots and protect the Service from attacks. These are strictly necessary and do not track you across other websites.

Payment cookies

When you pay through Paystack, Flutterwave or our crypto payment processor, their checkout pages or pop-ups may set their own cookies for fraud prevention and to complete the payment. These are controlled by the processor and covered by their own privacy and cookie policies.

3. Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, first-party analytics to understand how pages and features are used, such as which pages are visited most and where errors happen. Where analytics tools set non-essential cookies or the law requires consent, we will ask for your consent first and you can decline without losing access to the Service.

4. Advertising cookies

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or social media tracking pixels on replyvoo.com by default.

If we decide to use them in the future, for example a Meta or TikTok pixel to measure our own ad campaigns, we will:

  • update this policy before doing so;
  • ask for your consent wherever the law requires it; and
  • let you change your choice at any time.

5. Cookies in your connected channels

Replyvoo AI Closers work inside messaging platforms such as Telegram. Those platforms do not use Replyvoo cookies. Any cookies or tracking on those platforms are controlled by the platform and covered by their own policies.

Joinvoo, our sister product for lead and ad tracking, uses its own tracking technology under its own policies. If you use Joinvoo, please read its cookie and privacy information separately.

6. How to control cookies

You can control cookies in several ways:

  • Cookie banner: where we show one, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies and change your choice later from the link in our site footer.
  • Browser settings: most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies will stop the app from working properly.
  • Private browsing: cookies are usually deleted when you close a private or incognito window.

Help pages for popular browsers explain how to manage cookies, for example in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge settings under "Privacy" or "Cookies".

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not track you across other websites, we do not change how the Service works in response to this signal. Where a legally recognised opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, applies to you, we will honour it for any non-essential cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if we change the cookies we use or if the law changes. The "updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we add non-essential cookies that need consent, we will ask you again.

9. Contact

If you have questions about our use of cookies, contact us at [email protected].
