Replyvoo (replyvoo.com) is a product of Zedapex Limited ("Zedapex", "we", "us" or "our"), a company based in Lagos, Nigeria. This page explains our relationship with the platforms and providers we work with, and sets out important notices about AI-generated content and financial topics. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. No affiliation or endorsement

Replyvoo is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any of the following:

  • Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc., Telegram FZ-LLC or their affiliates);
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. or its products, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger;
  • TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.;
  • Anthropic, PBC, or its Claude models;
  • Paystack or its parent and affiliated companies;
  • Flutterwave;
  • any cryptocurrency network, stablecoin issuer (including Tether, the issuer of USDT), exchange or wallet provider.

We connect to some of these services through their public APIs, business tools or partner programmes, or use them as providers to run Replyvoo. Using these services does not mean that their owners have reviewed, approved or vouched for Replyvoo, for our customers, or for any message sent through Replyvoo.

2. Trademarks

All product names, logos, brands and trademarks mentioned on replyvoo.com or in the Replyvoo app, other than our own, are the property of their respective owners.

  • We use these names and logos only to describe the integrations and services Replyvoo works with, for example "connect your Telegram bot" or "pay with Paystack".
  • This use is for identification only and does not imply any partnership, endorsement or sponsorship.
  • If you own a trademark and believe we are using it incorrectly, please contact us at [email protected] and we will review it promptly.

"Replyvoo", "Voo Credits", "Voo Squad", "AI Closer", "Juno", "Blasts", the plan names Spark, Starter, Growth, Pro, Business, Titan and Black, and the Replyvoo logo are names and marks used by Zedapex. "Joinvoo" is a separate product also operated by Zedapex. You may not use our names or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business without our written permission.

3. Third-party platform rules

Each platform you connect to Replyvoo has its own rules. You must follow them in addition to our terms, including where relevant:

  • the Telegram Terms of Service, Bot Platform terms and Telegram Business terms;
  • the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy (when the WhatsApp channel launches);
  • Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards and Instagram's Terms of Use (when the Instagram channel launches);
  • TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines (when the TikTok channel launches);
  • the terms of your payment processor.

These platforms can change their rules, features, prices or access at any time, and can restrict, suspend or ban accounts, bots or numbers. We do not control those decisions and cannot reverse them. Channels marked "coming soon" are planned features and may launch later, change, or not launch at all.

4. AI-generated content

Replyvoo uses artificial intelligence to generate replies, summaries, lead scores and suggestions, including through AI Closers and the Juno assistant.

  • AI can make mistakes. Output may be incorrect, incomplete, out of date, biased or inappropriate, even when it sounds confident.
  • It is not human-reviewed by us. We do not check messages before your AI Closers send them.
  • Businesses are responsible for their AI Closers. Each business using Replyvoo decides how its AI Closers are set up and is responsible for the messages they send, including any prices, offers, promises or information given to its customers.
  • Disclosure. Businesses must tell their customers that they are talking to an AI or automated system wherever the law or a platform requires it.
  • Check important information. If you are a customer talking to a business through an AI Closer, please confirm important details, such as prices, delivery dates, refund terms or account information, directly with the business before relying on them.
  • Lead scores are estimates, not facts about a person.

5. No financial, investment or gambling advice

Some businesses that use Replyvoo operate in trading, investment, cryptocurrency, betting or similar markets.

  • Nothing on replyvoo.com, in the Replyvoo app, from Juno, or sent by any AI Closer is financial, investment, tax, legal or gambling advice from Zedapex.
  • Zedapex does not offer, recommend, operate or endorse any trading platform, broker, investment product, signal service, betting site or casino promoted by its customers.
  • Trading, investing and gambling carry a high risk of loss. You can lose all the money you put in. Past results do not guarantee future results.
  • No one is allowed to use Replyvoo to promise guaranteed profits or fixed returns. If a business using Replyvoo makes such a promise, treat it as a warning sign and report it to us at [email protected].
  • Gambling content is allowed on Replyvoo only where it is legal and licensed. If you are under 18, you must not take part in gambling.

Always seek independent advice from a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

6. No guarantee of results

Replyvoo is a tool to help businesses respond to customers faster. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, sales, conversions, revenue or growth. Examples, case studies and figures on our website are illustrations and may not be typical.

Replyvoo and its AI Closers may contain links to websites and services we do not control, including Joinvoo, payment pages and websites of businesses that use Replyvoo. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of third-party websites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

8. Reporting misuse

If you believe a business is using Replyvoo for a scam, impersonation, false promises or anything else that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, please contact [email protected] with screenshots, usernames and dates. We review reports and may suspend accounts that break our rules.
