Replyvoo Pricing Explained with Conversations and Voo Credits

How Replyvoo pricing works. What counts as a conversation, what each plan includes, how Voo Credits and the Voo Wallet work, and how to pick the right plan.

Pricing for AI chat tools is often confusing. Per message, per token, per seat, per "AI resolution". You sign up, and three weeks later the bill surprises you.

We built Replyvoo pricing to be easy to predict. You pay per conversation, not per message, on a monthly plan, with Voo Credits for anything extra. This guide explains every part so you can pick the right plan and never get caught out.

What counts as a conversation

A conversation is one customer chatting with your Closer within a 24-hour window, with up to 10 AI replies.

Some examples:

  • A customer asks the price, gets an answer, asks about delivery, gets an answer, and pays. That's 1 conversation.
  • The same customer comes back three days later with a question. That's a new conversation.
  • A customer has a long back-and-forth and your Closer sends 14 replies in the same day. That's 2 conversations (10 replies, then the next batch).
  • You take over a chat in Pulse Inbox and reply yourself. Your human replies don't count as AI replies.

Why this model? Because a conversation is closer to how you think about value: one customer, one need, handled. You're not punished for a customer who types in five short messages instead of one long one.

You should be able to predict your bill from how many customers you serve, not how chatty they are.

The Voo Wallet and Voo Credits

Your plan covers a set number of conversations. Everything beyond that, and a few extras, is paid from your Voo Wallet using Voo Credits.

What credits pay for:

  • 1 credit = 1 extra conversation beyond your plan
  • Pro Brain: +3 credits once the plan's Pro Brain chats are used up (the more powerful AI model for complex conversations)
  • Blast: 1 credit per 10 people messaged
  • Extra Closer: 150 credits a month, if you need more Closers than your plan includes

Credit packs

  • 500 credits: $20
  • 2,000 credits + 200 bonus: $70
  • 10,000 credits + 1,500 bonus: $300
  • 50,000 credits + 10,000 bonus: $1,200

How to pay

Top up with card, Paystack, Flutterwave or USDT. Local payment options make it easy to pay from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa and beyond.

Auto Top-up

Turn on Auto Top-up and your wallet refills automatically when credits run low. This matters most if you run ads or Blasts: you don't want your Closer going quiet in the middle of a rush because you hit your limit at 1am.

Choosing the right plan

Start with one question: how many unique customers chat with you each month? Count each customer once per day they message.

Then:

  • Under 50: Spark is free. Start there.
  • Up to around 500: Starter. Two Closers cover a sales bot and a support bot.
  • Up to around 1,500: Growth. Add Blasts, PayLink and a group Closer.
  • Up to around 3,500: Pro. Room for separate Closers per product line, language or channel.
  • Several thousand and up: Business or Titan, especially if you're an agency serving clients.

If you're between two plans, compare the cost of the higher plan against the lower plan plus extra conversations. Often the higher plan wins because the extra conversation rate is lower and you get more Closers.

Working out your monthly cost

A simple way:

Plan price
+ (conversations beyond plan × extra rate, or credits used)
+ Voice replies, Pro Brain, Blasts (in credits)
= Monthly cost

Imagine a hypothetical bakery on Starter with 700 conversations in a month and one Blast to 400 people:

  • Plan: $29
  • 100 extra conversations: 100 credits
  • Blast to 400 people: 40 credits
  • Total credits used: 140, covered by a $20 pack of 500 credits, with 360 credits left over for next time

Easy to predict, easy to explain to a business partner.

Tips to keep costs predictable

  • Write a strong knowledge base. Clear answers mean fewer back-and-forth replies per customer. See Write a knowledge base your Closer can actually use.
  • Use voice replies where they help, not by default.
  • Use Pro Brain for complex Closers (like Royal or high-ticket sales), not for simple FAQ bots.
  • Segment your Blasts. Smaller, targeted lists cost fewer credits and convert better. See Blasts that convert without spam.
  • Check the Command Center weekly for conversations used against your plan.

Earning credits instead of buying them

If you recommend Replyvoo to other businesses, you can earn commission paid as credits or cash through Voo Squad. Refer enough businesses and your commission can cover your own plan. Details in the Voo Squad referral programme.

Frequently asked questions

Do human replies count? No. Only AI replies count toward conversations.

What happens if I run out? Once your plan's conversations are used, extra conversations are paid from your Voo Credits. Keep a balance in your wallet or turn on Auto Top-up so your Closers never go quiet.

Which payment methods work? Card, Paystack, Flutterwave and USDT.

Do I need a card to start? No. Spark is free, so you can test with real customers before paying anything.
